iManufacturing utilizes state-of-the-art CNC Turning Centers with the following capabilities:

• Single spindle and double spindle machines
• Double spindle: capability to work on both sides of a part simultaneously
• Turned parts on Chuckers and Bar Feed
• CNC Live Tooling capability: milling, drilling, tapping, broaching, burnishing and CNC turning
• Capable of holding +/- .00254 MM (+/-.0001 in.) tolerance on ODs and IDs
• Size ranges: 6.35 mm (.250 in. ) up to 152.4 mm (6 in.) OD x 914.4 mm (36 in.) long
• Auto Load / Unload capability
• Machines arranged in cells to maximize efficiency in CNC turning shop

Typical clients include military projects such as robotic platforms and military vehicles, the oil and energy industries, textile and web handling, as well as commercial and industrial clients worldwide.

• Tolerances of +/- .0002"  achieved routinely with Wire EDM
